Welcome to Mount Mansfield Maple Products on Amazon! My grandfather was a dairy farmer, as was his father, and grandfather before. They produced maple syrup on the farm, living off the land. When the farm closed down, my mother and father moved and purchased a hundred acres of maple trees within the foothills of the Vermont Green Mountains and set up a small-scale maple sugaring operation. Over the years, we have expanded, and now our maple farm encompasses over six-hundred acres of the most loved and well-cared-for maple trees in the world. We have been perfecting our craft for five generations, and the contents of this package are as good as it gets. There is nothing that compares with 100% pure Vermont maple.

To open the container, simply "crack the wax" by tapping the wire bale and very top with the handle of a screwdriver. Once the wax cracks, it will easily peel away. Once open, the container can be re-sealed with the swing-top closure.
